The ZYCOO CooVox T200 is an IP-PBX system designed for business and medium-sized organizations that require centralized IP telephony management with flexible connectivity to analog and cellular telephone services. The system supports up to 200 extensions and 80 concurrent calls, with unlimited SIP/IMS trunks according to the system specifications. It supports audio conferencing for up to 80 attendees, with 60 recommended attendees for typical operation. The T200 features a modular design with two expansion slots for telephony interface modules. Depending on project requirements, the system can be configured with FXO, FXS and GSM modules, including options such as 4FXO, 4FXS, 2FXOS, 2GSM and 4GSM. The system provides a comprehensive set of business telephony functions including multi-level IVR, call queues, call forwarding, auto call recording, voicemail, CDR call history, conference calling, paging and intercom, and advanced call management. The T200 also supports integration with third-party systems such as hotel PMS, conferencing and billing systems, as well as API integration for connecting business applications and external systems. The hardware includes 1GB DDR3 RAM, 8GB industrial-grade SD storage and a 1TB surveillance HDD, together with a USB port for extended storage. It also provides WAN and LAN Ethernet interfaces and a Console port for management and maintenance.
