The Fanvil X210 is a high-end enterprise IP phone designed for business managers and office professionals handling medium to high call volumes and requiring advanced extension and call management from a single device. It features a 4.3-inch main color display and two 3.5-inch side color displays dedicated to DSS keys. The phone supports up to 106 DSS keys, including 42 physical tri-colored keys, which can be configured for functions such as BLF, speed dialing, and group broadcasting. The X210 supports up to 20 SIP lines and provides advanced call functions including call transfer, call hold, conferencing, speed dialing, auto answering, call parking, and hot desking. It provides HD audio through the handset and speakerphone, with support for the Opus codec and built-in Bluetooth for Bluetooth headsets. Wi-Fi connectivity can be added through a compatible USB dongle. The X210 also supports receiving H.264 video calls and can integrate with compatible IP cameras and Fanvil SIP video door phones for door monitoring and access-control functions depending on the connected system. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports and integrated PoE make the X210 suitable for offices, management desks, call centers, control rooms, and IP-PBX environments.
